1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide 🌍. Whether you’re in Dubai, New York, Greece, Toronto, Germany, London, or Tokyo — your piece of the drive can reach you.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Orders ship within 24-48 hours (Mon–Fri).
    Delivery estimates:

    • US & Canada: 3–7 business days

    • UK & EU: 5–10 business days

    • Rest of world: 7–14 business days
      You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow every lap of your package right to your door.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

No worries — if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@watchthecarr.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

6. Can I return or exchange?

Each Watch The Car piece is hand crafted and released in limited numbers. Once it’s yours, it’s officially part of your collection — final sale, no pit stops for returns or exchanges. 

7. Do you do collaborations?

Absolutely. If you’re a creator, collector, or brand that lives the drive, let’s connect: collabs@watchthecar.com.

8. Are your products official brand merchandise?

No — our art is car-inspired lifestyle & culture. It’s our unique interpretation, not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-volume seasons.

  • Once shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All Watch The Car products are considered final sale. Because our pieces are produced in limited runs and designed as collectible art & lifestyle goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered - Contact us at support@watchthecarr.com within 7 days of delivery.
