A tracking link is emailed once your order dispatches. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, email support@watchthecarr.com with your order number. We'll pull the latest carrier status, clarify what's happening, and if the delay is on our side we'll make it right with a goodwill discount on your next order.

Customs holds are handled directly between you and your local carrier (UPS/DHL/your national postal). Call your local carrier with your tracking number as soon as possible. These holds resolve faster the sooner you reach out. If they ask for paperwork we already have, email us and we'll send it straight over.

If a delivery attempt was missed, contact your local carrier with your tracking number to reschedule or arrange pickup. If the parcel has already been returned to us, message support and we'll either ship it out again or process a refund, whichever you prefer.

You can request an address change within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Once the parcel is with logistics, updates are rarely possible.

Occasionally, items ship from different warehouses. Tracking may update for one parcel first. No need to panic. The remaining piece(s) will arrive shortly. If 5 or more business days pass without a second tracking update, email us.

First, many of our pieces ship with protective layers (films, cardboard inserts, packing tape on visible faces) that look like flaws until removed. If something still looks wrong after you've unwrapped the protection, email support@watchthecarr.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it one of three ways: (A) ship the correct or missing part, (B) a partial refund if you'd like to keep it as is, or (C) a full replacement at no cost. Your call.

Email support with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll ship the missing parts immediately and include a discount code on your next order for the inconvenience.

Reach out as early as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. If it's already in transit, we'll first try to resolve whatever's driving the request, whether that's a delay, tracking, or damage, and refund in full if we can't make it right.

If you can hang a picture frame, you can mount this. Each shelf comes with the holes already drilled and all the hardware. Most installs take under 10 minutes. No special tools, just a drill, a wall, and maybe a playlist in the background.

Yes, everything's included: screws, anchors, and brackets. Mount it your way on drywall, brick, or studs. Drill. Mount. Done.

Each Deconstructed Watch is built by hand by our team, and real craftsmanship takes time. Pieces are curated and ship within 2 to 5 days. A typical total timeline is about 1.5 to 2 weeks (production plus shipping).

Each piece features a carbon look hard base and 10 transparent acrylic boards with museum grade clarity.

Components are precisely arranged across 10 acrylic layers in logical assembly order to create a 3D view of the watch's inner workings. Front layers feature the dial and hands, middle layers house the gear train and escapement, and the rear holds the mainspring barrel and base plate.

Display: Indoor only. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth with an acrylic safe cleaner (no ammonia or abrasives). Handling: Hold by the base and keep the original packaging for storage or moves.

Most catalogue pieces have a fixed finish to protect edition integrity. Minor personalisation (engraving, plaque text) may be available on select items. Confirm with us before ordering.

We get it, and we'd rather hear from you than have you stew. Email or WhatsApp us with what's gone wrong and your order number. We work every case the same way: understand the issue, fix it, and compensate if it was on our side. If the fix takes time, we'll keep you in the loop.

Chargebacks freeze our ability to help directly. If you've already opened one, please email us so we can talk through it. In most cases we can resolve the underlying issue (delay, missing parts, damage) faster than the bank's 30 to 90 day investigation. If we settle it together, you can withdraw the chargeback with your bank.
