A tracking link is emailed once your order dispatches. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, email support@watchthecarr.com with your order number. We'll pull the latest carrier status, clarify what's happening, and if the delay is on our side we'll make it right with a goodwill discount on your next order.
Customs holds are handled directly between you and your local carrier (UPS/DHL/your national postal). Call your local carrier with your tracking number as soon as possible. These holds resolve faster the sooner you reach out. If they ask for paperwork we already have, email us and we'll send it straight over.
If a delivery attempt was missed, contact your local carrier with your tracking number to reschedule or arrange pickup. If the parcel has already been returned to us, message support and we'll either ship it out again or process a refund, whichever you prefer.
You can request an address change within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Once the parcel is with logistics, updates are rarely possible.
Occasionally, items ship from different warehouses. Tracking may update for one parcel first. No need to panic. The remaining piece(s) will arrive shortly. If 5 or more business days pass without a second tracking update, email us.
