Processing: Most Mounted Series and other non-watch items are dispatched within 48–72 hours (Mon–Fri).

Each Deconstructed Watch is handcrafted and made to order. Because we don’t always have ready stock, the first phase is production.

Typical total timeline: ~3–4 weeks from order date (production + carrier transit).
This can happen (rarely) if items ship from different warehouses. Tracking may update for one package first. No need to worry—the remaining item(s) are on the way and will arrive shortly.
Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Deconstructed Watches get tracking after production; Mounted Series get tracking after dispatch.
Carriers sometimes delay scans during handoffs. If there’s no movement for 48 hours, message us and we’ll ping the carrier and verify your shipment status.
You can request an address change within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Once your order is processed and handed to logistics, changes are rarely possible.
Yes. Both our Mounted Collection and Deconstructed Watches are handcrafted in-house—never dropshipped, never mass-produced.
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll repair or replace your piece as priority.
Yes — for bulk orders or corporate gifting, please reach out on WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to cater to your request.
We operate from two hubs—North America and Asia. Orders are routed automatically to the optimal warehouse based on your location and availability.
We ship worldwide. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to limited runs and handcrafted production, all other sales are final.
Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

Display: Indoor use only, avoid direct sunlight and moisture, place on a level surface.
Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth; for acrylic, use an acrylic-safe cleaner on the cloth (never ammonia/abrasives).
Handling: Hold by the base, keep original packaging for storage/moves.
