Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's exactly how, with no runaround.

First, unwrap it completely

Many of our pieces ship with protective layers — films, cardboard inserts, and tape across the visible faces — that can look like scratches or flaws until they're peeled off. Remove everything before you judge the finish.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong on arrival

If it still looks off once the protection is gone, email support@watchthecarr.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll return and exchange it for any defect or damage — your call on how:

  • A. we ship the correct or missing part,
  • B. a partial refund if you'd rather keep it as-is, or
  • C. a full replacement, free of charge.

Missed delivery or a returned parcel

If a delivery attempt was missed, contact your local carrier with your tracking number to reschedule or arrange a pickup. If the parcel has already come back to us, message support and we'll re-ship it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind

Returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused, uninstalled, and back in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we cover it whenever the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Need to cancel?

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is received and inspected — or your claim is approved — your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom and final-sale pieces

Custom or personalised pieces and final-sale items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. But they are never excluded from defect cover — if anything arrives with a defect or damage, we'll return and exchange it for you at no cost, exactly like everything else.
