Track Your Order

Finding Your Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Click the link to see real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (sent immediately after purchase) and in your shipping confirmation email. It starts with "#WTC" followed by a number. You can also find it by logging into your account on our website.

Tracking links can take 24–48 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If the link still isn't working after 48 hours, contact us at support@watchthecarr.com with your order number and we'll get you updated.

Check your spam/junk folder first — shipping emails occasionally end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@watchthecarr.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend the tracking details.

Standard Orders

Processing

Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During this time, your order is being picked, inspected, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Dispatched

Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch. International orders take 10–21 business days.

Delivered

Once the carrier confirms delivery, your order is marked as complete. If you haven't received your package but tracking shows "delivered", wait 24 hours (the carrier may have marked it early), then check with neighbours or your building's reception. If it's still missing, contact us immediately.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-order products (such as the RS Ducktail Coffee Table, custom commissions, and select limited edition pieces) follow a different timeline than standard orders.

Build Phase

After order confirmation, your piece enters our production queue. Build times are typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the product. We'll send you email updates during the build process so you know where things stand.

Quality Check & Shipping

Once your piece is complete, it undergoes a detailed quality inspection. We can send you photos of the finished product before dispatch if you'd like — just request this when placing your order or via email. After approval, standard shipping timelines apply.

Common Issues

Troubleshooting

Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for international orders), or high demand periods. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the shipping address. Email us as soon as possible at support@watchthecarr.com with your order number and the new address. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

Standard orders can be cancelled if they haven't been dispatched — contact us immediately. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these are custom-built for you. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
