We make every effort to display our products accurately on the site. However, we do not guarantee that colours, dimensions, or other details shown on your screen will exactly match the physical product. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen calibration, or material batches.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Limited edition items are produced in fixed quantities and are not restocked once sold out.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Certain products, including limited edition coffee tables and custom commissions, are made to order. These items have specific lead times communicated at the time of purchase. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All prices displayed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card details on our servers.

If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. You may attempt to place the order again with an alternative payment method. If a payment is charged but the order fails, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, and software — is the property of Watch the Car or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Our product designs, including spoiler shelf silhouettes, deconstructed watch art layouts, and furniture designs, are original works created by WTC. These designs are protected by copyright and design rights. Unauthorised reproduction or imitation of our designs is strictly prohibited.

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our site or social channels, you grant WTC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch the Car shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are designed as decorative items for interior use. WTC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use of products for purposes other than their intended decorative function. Always follow the installation instructions provided with each product.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
